Tomato Pickle
  1. Cut tomatoes, ginger, garlic and chilies finely.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a saucepan and fry fenugreek seeds.
  3. Put turmeric, onion, ginger, garlic and chilies and fry them till they become light brown.
  4. Add tomatoes and salt.
  5. Stir and cook for at least 15 minutes till the whole ingredients become like ketchup.
  6. Add boiled water as desired.
  7. Spread some coriander and mint leaves at top.
  8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
