Parsley (Jwanu)
1/4 Tea S
Turmeric
1/4 Tea S

Dry Chili
Saag
  1. Wash and cut green leaves into random pieces.
  2. Heat mustard oil till it smokes.
  3. Put parsley, dry chili and turmeric powder into hot oil.
  4. Fry till parsley becomes brown.
  5. Put saag in oil and add salt.
  6. Stir and cover for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir it several times.
  8. Serve with bread or rice.
