- Cut tomatoes, ginger, garlic and chilies finely.
- Heat mustard oil in a saucepan and fry fenugreek seeds.
- Put turmeric, onion, ginger, garlic and chilies and fry them till they become light brown.
- Add tomatoes and salt.
- Stir and cook for at least 15 minutes till the whole ingredients become like ketchup.
- Add boiled water as desired.
- Spread some coriander and mint leaves at top.
- Serve hot with rice or bread.
