- Wash and cut green leaves into random pieces.
- Heat mustard oil till it smokes.
- Put parsley, dry chili and turmeric powder into hot oil.
- Fry till parsley becomes brown.
- Put saag in oil and add salt.
- Stir and cover for 15 minutes.
- Stir it several times.
- Serve with bread or rice.
