- Ghee
- 1 1/2 Tea S
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tea S
- Chili Powder
- 2 Piece

- 1 Pinch
- Asafoetida
- 1 Tea S
- Cumin
- 1/2 Tea S
- Turmeric
- 1 Tea S
- Salt
- Heat the Ghee or oil.
- Add Cumin seeds asafetida and red chili pieces and let it crackle for a minute.
- Add potatoes and let it cook for about 10 minutes in medium heat.
- Stir it time to time.
- Add chili powder, salt and turmeric powder.
- Let it cook for couple of minutes.
- Add ginger paste and garlic paste, let it cook until it turns red and crisp, stirring it time to time.
- Serve with rice or beaten rice.
