Pork Fried
  1. Wash a big pieces of pork meat.
  2. Boil in minimum of water till 30-40 minutes.
  3. When fat starts melting or a tooth-pick passes the meat easily, take them out.
  4. Grind salt, chili and cumin seeds with turmeric and ginger into a fine powder.
  5. Fry the onions in oil till it smokes.
  6. Put the pork meat and fry it for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the grinded powder.
