Cauliflower
  1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
  2. Grind ginger, chopped onion, garlic, turmeric to make paste.
  3. Cut the peeled potatoes into chunks.
  4. Wash heat oil till it smokes.
  5. Fry cumin seeds, add the grinded paste, salt and tomatoes for few minutes.
  6. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry them till half done.
  7. Add water as desired to make curry.
  8. Allow them to cook for 15-20 minutes till cauliflower and potatoes are tender.
  9. Take off the fire.
  10. Put chopped coriander leaves at top.
  11. Serve hot with rice or bread.
